Connect to Pulltrader
Try a card question without an account, or sign in to save the work to Pulltrader. Use a supported MCP client, including ChatGPT or Claude where custom connectors and the required features are available. Client setup, photo transfer and inline panels vary; a connection does not grant unrestricted write access.
Start without signing in
Add https://mcp.pulltrader.app/mcp as a remote MCP connection. No login is
required. Ask: "What sale price gives me $50 profit on eBay after my $40
acquisition cost and $5 actual postage, with $5 charged to the buyer for shipping?"
You can identify cards from text, request limited public research, check stolen reports and calculate selling economics. Photo identification and saving records require the signed-in connection.
Sign in to organize cards and prepare for selling
Add https://mcp.pulltrader.app/companion/mcp, sign in with your existing
Pulltrader account, and review the requested permissions. Ask: "Create a collection
for cards I am preparing to sell. Save this card with a $20 cost basis and my photo."
Free accounts can identify photos, organize collections and prepare listing drafts. Operations, Business and Managed accounts with active or trialing subscriptions use this same connection for show operations.
Approve collection writes only if you want the assistant to save or edit records. Research spending is a separate permission and still requires approval of the specific credit quote. A read-only connection omits write commands.
Connect the seller workspace
Business and Managed accounts with active or trialing subscriptions can separately
connect https://mcp.pulltrader.app/seller/mcp. Ask: "Show my pending repricing
recommendations and preview this proposal for the channels I select."
This connection reads seller information and produces review links. Approval and execution happen through the normal Pulltrader review workflow, not MCP.
Client compatibility and rollout
For Claude, open Customize > Connectors and add a custom connector. Enter the selected URL. Public research uses No sign in. For the account connection, choose sign-in authentication and your own OAuth client, then use the registration below. Workspace members may need an administrator to add the connector first.
For ChatGPT web, open Plugins and add a custom MCP server. Enter the public URL, choose no authentication, review the connection notice and install the resulting plugin. Select it in your conversation. Older interfaces may expose custom connections under Apps or developer mode settings. Account linking requires a registered ChatGPT client; the Claude registration cannot substitute for it.
Current client instructions: Claude custom connectors and OpenAI custom MCP setup.
Signed-in client registration
The documented Claude Companion client ID is tpc_sPySfMEz7MMHxnzJWa4UQF;
the separate Claude Seller client ID is tpc_f3GebvRWWBKRD25k4C7f7T.
These are public identifiers, not secrets. Leave the client secret blank.
Both registrations use https://claude.ai/api/mcp/auth_callback and authorization
code with S256 PKCE. Review permissions when signing in; never paste passwords
or access tokens into a conversation or tool argument.
Each account connection needs its own client registration. Public access needs none. Signed-in ChatGPT setup is still being validated.
The discovery fix was deployed on October 12, 2026 and public backend health was independently verified. Authenticated production parity for the four account plans remains unverified. On October 12, the Seller POST/OPTIONS route was added to the existing MCP browser-challenge exception. Missing and invalid tokens now return JSON 401 responses; managed WAF rules, authentication and plan checks remain enabled. These transport checks do not establish authenticated Seller access. If a client cached an older tool list, reconnect before comparing available commands.
