Every online buyer, one record.
One inventory, one order dashboard — listing is easy; staying accurate is the job this solves.
Listing is easy. Maintaining listings is the job.
Every extra channel multiplies price updates, description edits, and fulfillment paths — unless they share a source of truth.
And because the channels pay differently, a single price across all of them quietly costs margin on some and sales on others.
- The same item described once per channel
- One price applied across channels that pay very differently
- Orders worked from separate dashboards
- Net proceeds unclear until payout
What online selling covers
Where your inventory reaches buyers, and the machinery that keeps it straight.
Pulltrader marketplace
Marketplace listings from your catalogued inventory, with a published seller-level fee and guest checkout for buyers without accounts.
Your storefront
A branded store with its own pages, search, and checkout, settling to your Stripe Connect account at a flat fee.
Binz
A fixed-price tier for fast-moving low-end cards — the practical way to clear bulk and singles under $10 instead of letting them sit.
External marketplaces
eBay in both directions — import listings in, export inventory out, revise and end from here, with business policies managed from Pulltrader. Let us fulfill them, or run them yourself and keep 100%.
Premium auction placement
Qualifying cards routed to ALT, Goldin, or Fanatics Collect with no submission fee — reach that a listing page cannot buy you.
Per-channel pricing
One master price with Auto or Manual list prices per channel, each showing what the sale actually nets you.
One order dashboard
Marketplace and storefront orders together, with admin order management behind them.
Labels and tracking
Shippo and ShipStation for labels, USPS status webhooks, and eBay fulfillment for eBay-side orders.
The online loop
Once inventory is catalogued, this repeats.
Publish
From inventory to the channels each item belongs on.
Price per channel
Auto to follow the master price, Manual where a channel needs its own number.
Fulfill from one queue
Labels through Shippo or ShipStation, with tracking posting back.
Read the net
What each channel returned after its published rate, feeding the next placement decision.
Questions people ask
Which online marketplaces are supported?
Marketplace and Binz, your own storefront, external marketplaces including eBay in both directions, and premium auction placement through ALT, Goldin, and Fanatics Collect. Mana Pool and Shopify import are in development on top of that.
Can I import my existing eBay listings?
Yes — the eBay connection works in both directions. You can pull existing listings in, then cross-list Pulltrader inventory back out and revise or end from here.
Where do I keep the most on an online sale?
Your own storefront, generally — $0 seller fee means you keep your listed price. The marketplace charges 5%–9% in exchange for built-in demand and fulfillment you do not have to provide, and a self-managed eBay sale takes nothing from Pulltrader.
Do buyers need an account to purchase?
Not for shipped purchases — guest checkout is supported, with order lookup and email notifications.
Spend the week selling, not maintaining listings.
Maintenance is the real cost of online selling, and shared inventory is what removes it.
