Take payment at the table. Keep the record.

Register on your inventory plus comps in your hand — not a cash box and a price sheet.

The channel with the worst data is often the most profitable one.

Sales recorded loosely mean you cannot say what a show actually returned, which makes the decision to do the next one an act of faith.

And every hour the table's inventory changes without the system knowing, your online listings are describing cards that are in someone else's bag.

  • Online listings wrong for the weekend
  • Cash taken with nothing attached to it
  • Prices set from memory under time pressure
  • Reconciliation done from receipts days later

What works at a table today

Your whole operation, working from a folding table.

Card payments

POS checkout session or invoice QR, settling to your Stripe Connect account at the flat platform fee.

Cash, recorded

Keep the cash and still attach the sale to the item. No platform fee on cash.

Pulltrader on iPhone

Identification, recent sold comps, and market context one-handed at the table.

Athlete data

PullScore, live stats, and athlete profiles for name-driven conversations.

Pulltrader in Discord

/lookup card and /lookup athlete when you are coordinating with people who are not at the table.

Sales in your records

Because POS posts against the item, the weekend is already recorded when you get home.

Running a show

Two setup steps, and the rest is the show.

  1. Connect Stripe before you go

Connect Stripe so card payments settle straight to your own account from the table.

  2. Bring your own connectivity

Pack a hotspot and the register and Pulltrader both keep working, whatever the venue's wifi is doing.

  3. Check before you commit

Comp the card before agreeing to a buy or a price.

  4. Take payment either way

Card through POS, or cash recorded against the item.

Questions people ask

What does the table actually run on?

POS for card and cash payments, and Pulltrader on your phone for identification, comps, and athlete context — against the same inventory and the same records as your shop. A show is a place you sell, not a separate system to reconcile afterward.

Can I sell inventory that stayed at the shop?

Yes — it is one inventory, so everything you own is visible and sellable from the table. Anything not physically with you goes out as a normal shipped order.

What does a table sale cost?

You keep your listed price — your buyer covers the 3.25% + $0.40 checkout fee by default, and cash carries none. Stripe’s own processing applies on card sales.

Can I see what a show actually returned?

Sales and purchases made through POS land in your normal transaction and payout records rather than a cash box, so the weekend is already captured when you get home instead of reconstructed from receipts.

Come home with the records, not just the cash box.

A register that writes to inventory and a phone that can check the market.
